Karla attended Forsyth Technical Community College, where she studied Interpreting in Health and Human Services. Her educational background, professional experience, and Spanish interpreting skills enable her to build strong relationships, foster clear communication, and deliver exceptional service to members. Outside of work, Karla enjoys reading novels, playing board games, and spending quality time with her family.
