Robert “Lynn” Hargrove

Robert “Lynn” Hargrove is a solutions-oriented professional with over 26 years of experience in banking and finance. He came to work for Truliant Federal Credit Union in 2021 as a CFS financial advisor. Lynn started his career at FNB Southeast as an advisor and was promoted to Program Manager and Executive VP. Later he joined SunTrust and Wells Fargo.

Focus Areas

As a CFS financial advisor, Lynn’s process is to take a holistic approach with Truliant’s member-owners. He focuses on developing a relationship that allows insight into the member’s financial goals and concerns. In addition, he likes to help them see the big picture and tries to improve their financial health by coordinating investments, insurance, and estate planning.

Education and Experience

Lynn is a registered representative of CUSO Financial Services, Inc., a broker/dealer offering a wide range of securities products, and a FINRA and Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) member. He holds Securities Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. He is also a licensed insurance agent with certifications in life/health, variable/fixed contract, and Medicare supplement.

Lynn graduated from Elon College in 1990 with a BS in Business with a concentration in Finance. He lives in Greensboro with his wife, Paula, and their two children. In his free time, he loves sports, movies, and spending time with his family.
